synopsis

A story full of interwoven threads and strong emotions, set between the 1960s and 1980s in the Sicily of social struggles, family conflicts and class hostilities. The film centres on two brothers and their lifelong friend, who is almost like a brother to them. They experience events alongside numerous characters, each with their own strong identity, all together in a harmonious ensemble, capable of touching one’s heartstrings with intensity.
