Vaclav Vingl suffers from a case of brain disorder and he lives from very young age in a village; a place that, in reality, has never accepted him... Because of those two things, his condition and the fact that he is in essence unwelcome by the villagers, he does something for which he is convicted and then pardoned by the president Vaclav Havel.
