Arsen Anton Ostojic

(Split, 1965) studied at the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb and at New York University. He made his first feature film A Wonderful Night in Split in 2004: it has won more awards than almost any other Croatian film in recent history.

It was nominated for the European Film Academy’s Discovery-Fassbinder Award in 2004 and was Croatia’s official submission for Best Foreign Language Film at the Academy Awards that same year. (www.havc.hr)
