Pjotr Sapegin

Pjotr Sapegin was born in Russia in 1955. He moved to Norway in 1990 having spent the previous fifteen years as a set designer at Moscow’s Bolshoi Theatre. He began his career in animation in Oslo where he co-founded the animation studio Magica A/S and founded his own production company, Pravda A/S, in 2001. In 2005 he selected some of his multifarious and multi-award-winning animation films and released them as a collection entitled NÅ SKAL DU HØRE/ HÖR MAL ZU/GRANDPA IS A RAISIN.
