Philippe Le Guay

Philippe Le Guay was born in Paris on 22.10.1956. He studied film at the Parisian film school IDHEC where he now teaches. He began his career as a screenwriter in 1984, he made his directorial debut in 1989 and in the early 1990s began occasionally appearing in front of the camera as an actor. His film Les femmes du 6eme etage, was out of competition at the 2011 Berlinale. (Source : Berlin Film Festival)
