Harry Potter rakes in over €9m

film profile] hit screens last Wednesday and was a huge success over the weekend.
It grossed over €9.2m at the Italian box office in its first five days (from the 80% of Italian screens monitored by Cinetel, which means the overall total is even higher), €4.8m of which came over the weekend.
The UK/US co-production directed by David Yates raked in $79.4m on Friday and Saturday in the US, to reach nearly $160m in its first five days on release there. This is $40m less than Transformers 2 but $20m more than Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix [+see also:
