Kinepolis climbs in Europe

- European success but domestic disappointment for Belgian exhibitor Kinepolis

During the first six months of 2002, more than 13 million Europeans chose to see a film in a theatre owned by Belgian exhibitor, Kinepolis. France leads the way with 3.5 million Kinepolis clients (+1.88%), followed by Spain’s 2.5 million (a massive increase of 47.18%) and Italy’s 886,000 (+41.53%).
