), Mike is set in an Alsatian village near the German and Swiss borders. Local 20-somethings Mike, Fred and J-C have fun playing minor league football games, putting together half-baked plans in the garage and going for motorbike rides.

But Mike has a passion for beautiful cars; he steals them and then puts them back where he found them. With a Maserati he charms Sandy and a true love affair begins. But Mike prefers to ignore choices and the new rules that need to be obeyed.

Produced by Raphaël Carassic for Cassidy Production, Mike has been pre-bought by TPS Star and Ciné Cinéma. The film also has an advance on receipts from the National Film and Moving Image Centre (CNC), and backing from the Alsace region, the Urban Community of Strasbourg, Sofica Soficinema and Cinemage.

Shooting will take place until May 15 in the Mulhouse region and Saint-Louis. Diaphana will handle theatrical distribution, while Films Distribution will manage international sales.
