Film Meetings celebrate 20th edition

Further details have been revealed about the line-up of participants for the 20th Film Meetings organised by the ARP (Civil Society of Writers-Directors-Producers), to be held in Dijon from October 21-23. To celebrate its 20th anniversary, the event – which will be dedicated to the late Alain Corneau and presided by Bertrand Tavernier – will bring together presidents from previous editions: Jean-Jacques Beineix, Jean-Paul Rappeneau, Edouard Molinaro, Claude Lelouch, Jeanne Labrune and Christophe Barratier, among others.

At the four debates in the line-up (see news), speakers will include Rodophe Belmer (managing director of Canal +), Vincent Grimond (CEO of Wild Bunch), producers Marie Masmonteil (Elzévir Films and president of the Independent Producers Union), Alain Rocca (Lazennec Productions and president of Universciné) and Alain Benguigui (Sombrero Films), Jean-Pierre Decrette (development director at EuroPalaces, first cinema network in France and the Netherlands, also operating in Italy and Switzerland), filmmakers Pierre Jolivet and Jean-Paul Salomé, and finally Marc Tessier (president of the Video on Demand Publishers Union).
