Sterk’s 9:06 goes for Oscar
Slovenia’s candidate for the Best Foreign Language Film Academy Award is 9:06 [+see also:

The co-production between Slovenia’s AAC Productions and Gustav Film, national broadcaster RTV Slovenija and ZDF/ARTE centres on a police inspector (Igor Samobor) whose investigation of an unusual case turns into an obsession, and he secretly moves into the deceased man’s apartment, gradually assuming his identity.
At last year’s Festival of Slovenian Film in Portoroz, 9:06 won 11 awards, including Best Film, Best Actor and Best Script for Sterk and Sinisa Dragin.
