Low Budget Film Forum to kick off in Les Arcs

The London Film School in partnership with Paris’ La Fémis, the Budapest Academy of Film and Drama, and the National Film School of Denmark, and with the support of the MEDIA Programme of the European Union, programmed and organised the 3rd Low Budget Film Forum, which will take place in the framework of the Les Arcs European Film Festival (December 11 – 18).

After the first two edition of the Low Budget Film Forum – A Fistful of Euros (London, 2008) and For a Few Euros More (Budapest, 2009) – this year’s event is collaborating with the Villages des Ecoles within the Les Arcs European Film Festival to integrate one to one meetings with forum participants in the professional Village des co-production and introduce their feature projects to industry professionals from across Europe.

Low Budget Film Forum aims to provide participants with the tools to develop and deliver successful, strategic approaches to marketable low-budget filmmaking in Europe. It aims to offer a high level of debate and exchange amongst industry peers on current low-budget filmmaking practice in Europe.
