Director Steve Barker has begun principal photography on Outpost: Black Sun, the sequel to his 2008 hit Outpost, from a script he once again co-wrote with Rae Brunton.

The film follows two investigators in 1945 war torn Europe who team with a Special Forces unit to stop the inexorable march of an army of zombie Nazi Storm Troopers.

Content Film and Black Camel are producing in association with Matador Pictures, with development and production investment from Creative Scotland. Arabella Page Croft and Kieran Parker are producing, with Nigel Thomas and Jamie Carmichael serving as executive producers.
