Forum Dimension 3: Three days of 3D discussions

The International Forum Dimension 3 will be held May 24-26 in La Plaine Saint Denis, just outside of Paris.
The event comprises approximately 30 conferences on 3D production and the application on new forms of image-making on the market, and is aimed in particular at professionals working in film, television and the audiovisual industry. The programme also includes ateliers and a festival of 3D shorts, trailers and advertising.
The forum will bring together 100 or so experts from the world over and from various professional backgrounds, to speak about their experiences and training in creation, production, 2D to 3D conversion and film and television. Thematic presentations will show the most cutting edges images on the market, in the fields of communication, education, events and even medicine.
Television projects in 3D selected from a competition launched by event partner Ateliers Orange will be presented with awards. The Grand Prize in 3D Creation, comprising backing to French producers making innovative projects, will be presented on opening night, while the award to the most interesting project will be announced on the evening of the Festival Dimension 3D.
