in 2009 (which drew over 2m German viewers), actor-director Simon Verhoeven, son of Senta Bergeret and Michael Verhoeven, focuses his camera once again on his five male Berliners and their soul-searching about life, women, and what is expected of them on both sides. Männerherzen …Und Die Ganz, Ganz Große Liebe (aka “Men in the City 2”, pictured), produced by Wiedemann & Berg and distributed by Warner like the first instalment, reunites actors Til Schweiger, Florian David Fitz, Nadja Uhl, Christian Ulmen and Maxim Mehmet.
