Corniche takes stake in Revolver

Hani Farsi’s Corniche Pictures has taken a significant minority stake in British production and distribution company Revolver and has also taken a separate stake in Revolver founder Justin Marciano’s social media VOD service FiNDWATCHSHARE.

Hani Farsi, CEO of Corniche Pictures said, “Revolver Entertainment is a company I have admired and respected for many years. I have followed their progress very keenly and hold Justin and his team in a very high regard for what they have achieved. Year on year their innovative and cost effective approach to distribution and production has made them a unique company with an incredible brand identity. I am truly excited to work with Justin and his team to continue their fine work, and assist in taking the company even further around the world.”

Revolver’s production arm Gunslinger has four releases to its credit. Corniche is a partner in French distribution company Le Pacte.
