Cross Media Zen is back in Vilnius

Cross Media Zen is an international cross media event – conference and workshop that will take place on June 7 & 8 in Vilnius, Lithuania. This is the third edition of the event organized by the MEDIA Desk Lithuania and the Lithuanian Film Centre.

During the 2 days event, experts and practitioners from different countries will share their experience, knowledge on innovation in creative and entertainment businesses. Therefore Cross Media Zen is not only an opportunity to acquire useful knowledge and to improve skills, but also is a platform for the professionals to find new contacts, to share their experience and ideas and, maybe, to start new cross media projects together.

This year a very special attention will be given to audience building and the connection between brand and content with conferences by Michel Reihlac (Melange - France), Domenico La Porta (Cineuropa, KWEB - Belgium), Esther Wouda (Gloworm Film - The Netherlands), Josephine Rydberg Liden (Lindholmen Science Park, SADA – Sweden), Mathias Noschis (Alphapanda – UK), Asta Wellejus (Zentropa Interactive - Denmark), Hans von Knut Skovfoged (Porta Play – Denmark) and Andrius Lekavičius (Prime Field – Lithuania).

This is a chance to meet with a new profession: story architect, people who will share the secrets of building up the engaging stories in the contemporary world for various platforms. All this will be illustrated with leading case studies from across the world.

The workshop day will be an intense marathon that covers the basic elements of how to develop and produce trans and cross media projects. It will be lead by international experts Asta Wellejus and Simon Allen. For the first time, workshop participants were invited to apply with personal project ideas to develop a strategy for successful implementation.
