- Award-winning German writer-director Maximilian Erlenwein begins his first thriller

German actors Jürgen Vogel and Moritz Bleibtreu star in Maximilian Erlenwein's thriller Stereo, which has started principal photography in East German Halle. This small town seems to be the perfect place to settle down for a guy who runs a repair shop for motorcycles. He gets along quite well with his new girlfriend, and her little daughter also seems to like him. But his dark past comes back in the shape of a mysterious stranger, who follows him at every step. His life is turned upside down when a violent mobster shows up and threatens the life of his girlfriend.
