After the Goya award ceremony on Sunday evening, when the film won six awards overall, distributor Universal Pictures decided to put Life Is Easy With Eyes Closed in 148 cinemas, which is 17 more than when it first came out on 31 October 2013. This return to movie theatres started last Monday with 77 new cinemas, with another 71 added on Friday.
