, Patric Chiha, an Austrian director who studied in France and Belgium, is currently in post-production with his second feature film: Boys Like Us. Co-produced by Austria, the movie’s cast is headed up by Florian Carove, Raphaël Bouvet and Jonathan Capdevielle. They are joined by Inge Maux, Gisèle Vienne, Kerstin Daley-Baradel, Simon Morzé, Dennis Cubic, Tiago Manaia, Isaïe Sultan and Jean-Luc Verna.

Written by the director together with Nicolas Ducray and Raphaël Bouvet, the story recounts the misadventures of three gay, restless, neurotic thirty-year-old friends from Paris, who end up lost in the Austrian mountains. In amongst the dizzying peaks and plunging chasms, it may be the perfect time to take stock of their lives, loves and friendship…

Produced by Charlotte Vincent for Aurora Films, Boys Like Us is being co-produced by Austrian company WILDart Films and by Epicentre Films, which will handle distribution in French theatres. The feature film is also benefitting from backing by the MEDIA Programme (Slate Funding - Development), the CNC and ANGOA; post-production support from the Ile-de-France region; and backing from Sofica Cinémage.
