Predictably, the Marché du Film of the 67th Cannes Film Festival was marked by various announcements by different French and international sales companies.

Wild Bunch was the first, with its copious line-up (read the article) including Paris Is Happening, which Bertrand Bonello will be filming at the beginning of 2015, telling the story of a flash-mob, which degenerates between young people and the police in Paris. The Assassin by Hou Hsiao-Hsien is also in the line-up as are animation films Le prophète (based on the work by the same name by Khalil Gibran) and Voyage Of Time by Terrence Malick (of which five minutes will be screened at the market).
