Creative Scotland launches TTS.Digital

Creative Scotland has launched TTS.Digital, a £450,000 fund designed to develop young peoples’ digital creativity and experimentation through a series of youth-led projects working with arts organisations in collaboration with technology partners. TTS.Digital is an offshoot of Time to Shine, Scotland’s National Youth Arts Strategy. The project’s first phase will fund up to 10 pilot projects of up to £5,000 each, and in August, phase two will launch with an open call for larger-scale projects which build on the outcomes of the phase one pilot projects. The scale of these projects will be between £50,000–£100,000.

Janet Archer, CEO, Creative Scotland said, “TTS.Digital will generate opportunities for young people to express themselves through new technologies as well as developing ground breaking relationships between arts organisations, young people and technology partners. We want to encourage innovation and challenge, connections across Scotland and potentially the wider world as well.”
