, which will celebrate its international premiere in competition in the independent section Alice nella città. The film, produced by C-Films Deutschland and Tatami Films and interpreted by some of Germany's most interesting up-and-coming acting talents (Paula Beer, Jella Haase, Moritz Leu and this year's German Shooting Star Jannis Niewöhner), is a coming-of-age drama centred on four young people who have to spend the Christmas break in a adolescent psychiatric clinic. Confronted with one another, themselves and an unconventional psychiatrist (Clemens Schick), they experience an unforgettable Christmas full of surprises, pain, but also funny moments. Four Kings was nominated for the German Screenplay Prize in 2014 and will have its world premiere at the Hamburg Film Festival in the beginning of October.
