 by Claudio Caligari, the Italian candidate for an Oscar nomination at the upcoming Academy Awards, that will open the 11th edition of Cinema Italian Style, the Italian film event being held by Luce Cinecittà with American Cinematheque in Los Angeles from 12 to 16 November 2015. For the film’s official Hollywood premiere – with the hope of becoming one of the nominees for the 2016 Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film – gracing the red carpet will be Valerio Mastandrea and the film’s two protagonists, Luca Marinelli and Alessandro Borghi.

Five more Italian films, some of the most interesting to have come out this past year that have yet to be screened in America, will be shown at the Aero Theatre in Santa Monica.
