New EFP board ratified

Claudia Landsberger is to lead European Film Promotion (EFP) for another two years, her mandate was confirmed in a unanimous vote. Landsberger is a also head of Holland's film promotion agency. EFP is an umbrella organisation whose members include the various European film promotion agencies.
Christian Dorsch (Germany’s Export-Union) was appointed deputy president and in light of the imminent enlargement of the European Union, the board was also extended to include six members: Giorgio Gosetti (Italia Cinema), Patrick Lamasssure (Unifrance), Stine Oppengaard (Norwegian Film Institute) and Eva Vezur (Hungarian Film Union).
After the success of this year’s edition of “Producers on the Move” in Cannes, EFP has put the following dates in its calendar: the Karlovy Vary, Toronto and Pusan Film Festivals, and the “Shooting Stars on Tour” in Taormina in June and Hamburg in September.
