Among the other industry events, the bilateral meeting Switzerland Meets… Quebec aimed to encourage co-production, networking and collaboration through case studies, company presentations and one-on-one meetings between professionals from the European country and the Canadian francophone region. The Doc & Art segment, dedicated to bridging the gap between the art world and the cinema industry, focused on artists' moving images (AMI), a blooming territory for new narratives and critical attitudes towards mainstream audiovisual culture. A round-table on the production of AMI brought together producers and curators from France, Belgium and the UK to contribute to bringing about a broader understanding of the way in which artists’ moving images are produced, and how they can be funded and distributed.

Meanwhile, at the Artists' Work Session, two projects were presented by their artists and producers to curators, and representatives of museums or galleries, foundations, film funds and grants: The City by Rossella Biscotti and producer Katrien Reist (Belgium/UK), and To a God Unknown by Margaret Salmon and producer Dominic Paterson (UK).
