Continuing its focus on contributing to the production of local feature films, the Bosphorus Film Lab (BFL), the industry section of the seventh Bosphorus Film Festival, will run from 19-24 October this year. The BFL is organised in partnership with Turkey’s national pubcaster, TRT, which is also providing the main co-production award in the Project Development Platform. Ten projects on the lookout for co-production partnerships will be presented, while six projects will be screened as works in progress. Also, First Cut Lab Turkey is being organised for the first time (see the news), and three Turkish films are participating in it.
