), the story centres around Jérémie, a sickly and jealous man ravaged by setbacks in his love life, his working life and his family life. Having reached breaking point, he decides to leave Paris and heads home towards his native region, Limousin, where he will try to fix himself in the company of a very intrusive mother.

Produced by Charles Gillibert on behalf of CG Cinéma, Garçon Chiffon is co-produced by Mother Production and benefits from the support of the CNC – in the form of an advance on earnings - as well as that of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and the SOFICA company Cinémage. French distribution and international sales will be steered by Les Films du Losange.

For the record, other CG Cinéma works of note currently in post-production include Annette by Leos Carax (with Marion Cotillard and Adam Driver heading up the cast), Bergman Island by Mia Hansen-Løve (starring Vicky Krieps, Tim Roth, Mia Wasikowska and Anders Danielsen Lie in lead roles) and De l’or pour les chiens by Anna Cazenave Cambet (a first feature film produced in league with Les Armateurs and starring the likes of Tallulah Cassavetti and Corentin Fila).
