is the first title to be offered up by True Colours at the Berlinale’s European Film Market (1-5 March). Guido Caprino, Camilla Filippi and Edoardo Pesce star in the cast of this claustrophobic psychological thriller, which was shot during lockdown and inspired by the Hikikomori phenomenon.

Coming courtesy of Palestine, Jordan, Italy, Qatar and Sweden - via Odeh Films, MeMo Films, Adler Entertainment, Metafora, Film i Skåne and Way Feature Films – the film stars Ali Suliman and Lana Zreik, and follows in the footsteps of Mustafa and his wife Salwa who live exactly 200 metres away from one another, in villages separated by the West Bank Barrier. , meanwhile, is a French-Moroccan-Belgian co-production by Barney Production in co-production with Mont Fleuri Production and Velvet Films, which won actress Khansa Batma the Best Actress trophy in Venice’s Orizzonti competition last year. Marking Ismaël El Iraki’s cinema debut, Zanka Contact is a tagine western set in Casablanca which follows two lost souls who overcome trauma via love and rock and roll. , is an LGBT drama which won an award at the Zurich Film Festival 2020 and is directed by Evi Romen and produced by Amour Fou (Austria) in co-production with Take Five (Belgium). The film stars Thomas Prenn, Noah Saavedra and Josef Mohamed in its cast and tells the story of a man who loses a childhood friend in a terrorist attack on a gay nightclub in Rome.
