Screenings of Les vacances de Monsieur Hulot and Jour de Fête to schools and colleges in South Wales will be introduced by Tony Whitehead, Chapter Cinema’s programmer, and Neil Sinyard, senior lecturer in Film Studies at the University of Hull will give a lecture on Jacques Tati after one of the screenings. Other films programmed at the Chapter Cinema as part of Cinedays include Tati’s Mon Oncle, Playtime, and Jacques Perrin’s Le peuple migrateur.
