New Horizons’ Polish Days announces its line-up

- A total of 20 film projects at various stages of production have been invited to the largest industry event in Poland; among them are those by Aleksandra Terpińska, Łukasz Grzegorzek and Anna Jadowska

The 11th edition of Polish Days, the New Horizons International Film Festival’s leading industry event, will once again present the majority of the most highly anticipated forthcoming titles from the national film industry. Polish Days will take place from 15-17 August during the 21st New Horizons (12-22 August) in Wrocław. The selection of 20 film projects includes titles at every stage of production, as five completed films, six works in progress and nine projects in development will be showcased.

Aleksandra Terpińska’s feature debut, Other People [+see also:

, “a polyphonic story about isolated people dreaming of love in the big city”, is one of the five completed films set to be featured at the Polish Days screenings. Another debuting filmmaker, Mateusz Rakowicz, is inspired by 1980s Polish thief Zdzisław Najmrodzki in The Getaway King [+see also:
