by Pawel Łoziński from Poland. Screened at the Locarno Film Festival's Critics' Week, the film is the result of recordings of the filmmaker's observations from his first-floor flat, made over several years. The creator decided to stop and wait for the world to come to him, observing from his balcony the people who pass by, accosting them, asking them questions.
