in 2020, Lukas Dhont’s film — winner of the Grand Prix at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival — is released in French cinemas on Tuesday 1 November and in Belgium the following day. 

Every year, the writing coaching scheme of Le Groupe Ouest (headed by Charlotte Le Vallégan and Antoine Le Bos) selects eight fiction projects (live action or animation), carried by French-speaking screenwriters and filmmakers. The select few will participate in four collective work sessions between April and December, in residency on the seaside in Plounéour-Brignogan-Plages (Finistere), under the supervision of screenwriter-consultants.
