Some very impressive attendance levels for distributors (400 purchasers from around 50 countries), jam-packed screenings, and sales negotiations left, right and centre: the 41 French international sales agents have certainly been busy bees at the film market of the Unifrance Film Meetings in Paris (11-13 January – see the news). And the announcements of new titles (more often than not in post-production) being added to their line-ups just keep on coming. We present a non-exhaustive overview of them below.

by and starring Bruno Podalydes, who is flanked by Karin Viard, Sabine Azema, Eddy Mitchell and Victor Lefebvre, among others, as he tells of the misadventures of two estate agents doing a series of viewings at two properties and being confronted with the potential buyers’ various problems. The flick being produced by Why Not is also in post-production. Added to this is Of Mud and Blood by Jean-Gabriel Leynaud, currently in production in DRC, a documentary being staged by Valdès, Borsalino Productions and Pallas Film.

Indie Sales has kicked off pre-sales for three titles in post-production: the Belgian-French co-production The Lost Boys [+see also:

by Zeno Graton, Green Tide by Pierre Jolivet and Take a Chance on Me by Jean-Pierre Améris (an Escazal Films production toplined by Louane Amara and Michel Blanc).

SND is pinning its hopes on Breaking Point by Yvan Attal, who is also among the cast, alongside Guillaume Canet, Marie-Josée Croze, Maïwenn, Alma Jodorowsky and Victor Belmondo.
