TALENT CAMPUS Berlinale 2005

Searching for new talents

by

From the 12nd to the 17th of February, for the third time, Berlin will welcome 530 young filmmakers, actors, producers, scriptwriters coming from 89 countries (Ethiopia, Togo, Jordan, Mozambique…) to join in the Talent Campus. The theme of the 2005 Campus will be “Designing your future”. This campus is a great opportunity for new talents who usually have to struggle to emerge. In Berlin, they are given the chance to learn (they will attend cinema classes and more specific courses on, for instance, new technologies), meet cinema personalities from all over the world, and present their works. A selection of their projects will eventually take place and four of them will be granted funding.
