The European Audiovisual Observatory is organising a conference on 15 May in Cannes on possible partnerships between third countries and the European cinema industry. Access to the European market for non-European films and legal definitions, access keys to support funds in Europe are in the conference programme, which will be followed by a round table bringing representatives from the cinema aid programmes, state and legal organisations.
