as spearhead, the French international sales company Les Films du Losange made an excellent market in Cannes which could end in triumph if the latest production by the Austrian filmmaker is among the prize winners as the rumor going round announces. The sales team run by Daniela Elstner has actually found buyers throughout the Old Continent : Artificial Eye in Great Britain, Cinéart in Benelux, Golem in Spain, BIM in Italy, Frenetic Films in Switzerland, Camera Film in Denmark, Triangelfilm in Sweden, Arthaus in Norway, Future Films in Finland, Monolith in Poland, Budapest Film in Hungary, Intersonic in the Czech Republic and Rosebud in Greece.

Following in Cannes’ hit and with a very selective line-up, Les Films du Losange notably sold Quand la mer monte by Gilles Porte and Yolande Moreau to Karma Films for Spain and they entered negotiations with Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Sweden. To be mentioned, Fandango Distribuzione bought the documentary Avenge but one of my two eyes for Italy.
