Awards of the Cinefondation

Presided over by the Taiwanese filmmaker Edward Yang, the Cinefondation's jury, which awards the best shorts made in film schools from all over the world, has unanimously given its first price to Buy it now by Antonio Campos (NYU Tisch School of the Arts/ United States). Amongst four other awarded short films are two French productions: Vdvoyom (A Deux) by Nicolay Khomeriki (La fémis) won the second price and La Plaine by Roland Edzard (Le Fresnoy) won the third price. It is worth mentioning that the second price has been shared with Visiting Hours by Maya Dreifuss (Tel Aviv University-Israël) and the third with Be quiet by Sameh Zoabi (Columbia University/Etats-Unis).
