Of the six films released today in Germany, one is French (Boudu, by Gérard Jugnot, distr. Concorde Filmverleih) and three are national productions.

Allein ('alone'), Thomas Durchschlag's first feature, deals with depression and borderline states, following the case of Maria (Lavinia Wilson), a student who lives an unstable life of drugs and one-night stands. The film, produced by LICHTBLICK and distributed by Zorro, was supported within the framework of the Six-Pack initiative, a support scheme for young talent.
