Namur is revealed bit by bit

From the 23rd to the 30th of September, the Namur French Language Film Festival, one of the incontrovertible events in the French-speaking calendar, celebrates it 20th anniversary. One can easily predict that the programme will be gigantic since the Festival appears to be planning a retrospective of the films which have stood out over the years.

We know already that the Belgian director of Bosnian origin Danis Tanovic will light the first fireworks for this French-speaking festival with his second feature L'Enfer [+see also:

, a co-production between the director and producer (Man's Film productions) Marion Hansel, to be screened in the presence of the director and actress Marie Gillain. Highly anticipated after the success of No man's land, this second feature with an attractive cast in (Emmanuelle Béart, Carole Bouquet, Karin Viard, Jean Rochefort, Jacques Gamblin…) should be released on the screens on the 16th November, distributed by Belga Film.

Other programme features : Naoussé (A perfect Day) by Joana Hadjithomas and Khalil Joriege, one of the projects screened last year at the French Language Production Forum, at which it was successful ; retrospective screenings in tribute to Luc and Jean-Pierre Dardenne; a closing night with the first film by Stéphane Liberski, Bunker Paradise [+see also:
