MEDIA Development's new Call of proposals

The MEDIA Programme has published a new call in the Development sector: Slate Funding, single project and New Talents MEDIA (accessible to professionals who followed a MEDIA Training initiative co-financed by the MEDIA Programme). The maximum subsidy in the case of slate funding is EUR 150 000. For single projects it varies between EUR 10 000 and 80 000 depending on the genre. DEADLINE
Applications must be sent to the Commission between 14/11/05 and:
- 15/02/06 ("MEDIA New Talent")
- 31/05/06 (single projects and slate funding).
Only independent companies whose main activity is audiovisual and/or multimedia production are eligible for support. Applicant companies must be established in one of the following countries:
- the 25 Member States of the European Union
- the EFTA and EEA countries
- Bulgaria.
The MEDIA Development Programme provides European independent production companies with financial support for the development of new production projects in the following genres: fiction, creative documentaries, animation, multimedia. For more informations : " target="_blank">MEDIA Programme.
