Adam’s Apples’ sweet success for Nordisk

) and Delphi Film Verleih for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Sold internationally by Nordisk Film Sales, the parody of spiritual redemption starring Mads Mikkelsen and Ulrich Thomsen has been bought by another nine territories so far including Italy (Teodora Film), Poland (Kino Świat), Iceland (Sena), Norway and Sweden (Nordisk/Columbia TriStar).
One of Denmark’s top grossing films of the year with 360,000 admissions, the film has also been the audience favourite at international festivals such as Hamburg, Warsaw, Sao Paolo and Reykjavik since last September.

Other films handled by Nordisk Film Sales found new buyers at the last American Film Market: Hollywood Entertainment in Greece was added to a list of international distributors already counting A-Film Distribution (Benelux), Ninety Seven (France), Galileo (German speaking territories), Film Finance (UK and Ireland), Eurocine (Spain and Portugal) and Broadway Filmes (Brazil).

According to Susan Wendt, sales executive, Klaus Härö’s Mother of Mine, this year’s Finnish Oscar submission was sold to Brazil, China and Columbia, and Nordisk Film Sales’ UK/Irish/Danish co-production Johnny Was now in post-production was sold to ANS in Turkey, Indies Entertainment in the Benelux and Broadway Filmes in Brazil.
