Well received on the international festival circuit, the title (see Focus) won the Lion of the Future at Venice and screened to packed auditoriums at Toronto and Sundance.

Sold by Germany’s Telepool, Khadak is being distributed by Cinéart.

Kinepolis is releasing DOA: Dead or Alive by renowned Hong Kong actor-director Corey Yuen (The Transporter). The screen adaptation of the hit video game of the same name was produced by Paul Anderson and Bernd Eichinger in co-production with the US.

Director of AVP: Alien vs. Predator and video games adaptation expert since 1995’s Mortal Kombat, Anderson directed and produced 2002’s Resident Evil, followed by 2004’s Resident Apocalypse – also with the US, Germany’s Constantin Film Produktion and UK outfit Impact Pictures.
