New management structure for Pathé UK
As of March 6, Pathé has united its various arms (Pathé Renn Productions, Pathé Distribution and Pathé’s UK subsidiaries) under a single management team composed of François Ivernel and Marc Lacan.
Pathé’s film production and distribution operations will now be jointly managed by Ivernel, who will be in charge of films, and Lacan, who will oversee general management. Both Ivernel and Lacan are executive vice presidents of Pathé, reporting directly to Chairman Jérôme Seydoux.
Under the new management structure, Ivernel will divide his time between Pathé’s London and Paris headquarters.
Cameron McCracken has been promoted to managing director of Pathe’s UK operations, reporting directly to Ivernel and Lacan.
“The creation of a common management team between London and Paris is a great opportunity for Pathé to take advantage of its unique market presence in both countries,” commented Ivernel. “I’m equally enthusiastic about a stronger guiding role with regard to the company’s production and distribution activities in France.”
