L'EFP presents 19 Europeean actors and actresses to the press and the public during the next Berlinale (6/16 february 2003).
European Film Promotion celebrated the sixth edition of ‘Shooting Stars’ at the 53rd Berlin International Film Festival. Organised with significant support from the MEDIA Programme, 19 up-and-coming actors were presented to the international press, film industry and public during a variety of events.
This year, the 19 nominees were selected according to newly established criteria: in order to be eligible, the young actors must either have won an award for their recent work, or starred in a film which was a significant national or international hit.
