, which screened last September at the Namur Film Festival (where it won the Audience Award) and at the RomeFilmFest in official competition, finally hits Belgian screens this week through Cinélibre.

Part thriller, part lyrical melodrama, Cages is a tale of passionate love between two characters, wonderfully played by Anne Coesens and Sagamore Stevenin (see article and interview).

Produced by Versus Production with RTBF and Scope Invest, Cages was co-produced by French outfit Films Pelléas and is being sold internationally by Films Distribution.

Olivier and Jacques-Henri Bronckart’s outfit, a veritable breeding ground for young talent, will be presenting Micha Wald’s feature debut Horse Thieves [+see also:
