Jean Labadie’s Le Pacte has acquired French distribution rights to UK documentary film Young @ Heart by Stephen Walker.

The film, which won the Audience Award for Best International feature at the latest Los Angeles Film Festival, was also acquired by Senator Films (Germany), the Pix/Avex Group (Japan), Rialto (Australia/New Zealand) and, prior to Berlin, by Fox Searchlight. Sales are handled by William Morris Agency who organised market screenings in Berlin.

Produced by Sally George for Channel Four in the UK, Young @ Heart is the story of a chorus made up of senior citizens whose repertoire covers songs from the Clash to Coldplay.
