(read the Focus) – which stars the actor-director, was released in Italy last weekend and is in competition at the German festival – have been sold by Fandango Portobello Sales to 10 countries: Spain (Alta), Benelux (Cineart), Switzerland (Filmcoopi), Canada (Seville), Portugal (Midas), South Korea (Jin Jin), Brazil (Imovision) and Israel (Lev).

France’s Bac Film had already pre-bought the film, directed by Antonello Grimaldi and featuring four French actors.

Fandango Portobello Sales is still negotiations with other countries, while in Italy the title, produced by Fandango in collaboration with RAI Cinema and in association with Portobello Pictures and Phoenix Film Investment, has already grossed over €1.5m and garnered 244,000 admissions.
