Foreign releases of Swiss titles get funding

, is set to hit French screens this winter.

The distributors of the two Swiss productions have been granted export funding by the Federal Office for Culture and national promotional agency Swiss Films. Salzgeber & Co. Medien GmbH (Berlin) have received €17,500 while Artedis (Paris) have obtained €9,500.

Created in 2007 to increase the chances of international success for Swiss titles, the export support fund has an annual sum of €190,000 at its disposal. Funding is awarded during four sessions held in March, June, September and December.
