has not helped the film, which was co-produced by Italy’s Roberto Cicutto and Luigi Musini through their new outfit On My Own. In its opening weekend in Italy, the film came in just seventh with €425.886 (01 Distribution).

According to this morning’s Cinetel data, which covers 85% of Italian theatres, Phyllida Lloyd’s musical comedy Mamma Mia! (distr. Universal), starring Meryl Streep, immediately took the number two spot after Rob Cohen’s The Mummy (Universal).
