The Norwegian Film Institute (NFI) has just hired producer/director Thomas Robsahm and documentary filmmaker Maria Fuglevaag Warsinki as the new feature film and documentary film consultants, respectively.

Son of the late Italian actor Ugo Tognazzi and Norwegian actress-director Margrete Robsahm, the 44-year-old Robsahm directed his first feature, Rebels with a Cause, in 1992. Three years later, he set up his own production outfit, Speranza Film. In 1999, his film S.O.S. won an Amanda for Best Film.

Both Robsahm and Fuglevaag Warsinski will report to the head of the NFI Development and Production department, Ivar Køhn.
